In memory of Raju-
The most important personality in our project is ‘Raju’ (Pet Dog of Our Founder Lakshman Molleti). Raju left this world on 07th Oct’20. General rules:
- No participation fee.
- Eligibility is limited to ages 8+ years and above at the time of submission.
- A participant needs to be from India. (Now, we cannot make it global because we lack funds, but in future, we will aim to have an international competition where everyone can participate).
- A participant can participate in all the categories (Artwork, Essay Writing, Poetry) but in Essay Writing/ Poetry categories, participants can participate in one language (Telugu or Hindi or English) only.
- You agree to give exclusive rights on your submission work to AWBP Trust, which means you should not use it outside anywhere (you will be the owner of the work, wherever we publish it but the work remains as AWBP Trust property).
- All the essays/ artwork/poetry will become the property of AWBP Trust. Each participant automatically grants AWBP Trust the right to reproduce, publish, transmit or otherwise communicate to the public their entry, in whole or in part, or using any media for any purpose without permission or payment.
- AWBP Trust reserves the final right, where necessary, to make amendments to the below rules and to select the winners of the competition.
Contest Rules-
Eligible artwork :
- Artwork should not contain any words like the artist name, quotes etc.,
- Design must include artwork on A4 size paper and above.
- Accepted only digital / hand-drawn artwork.
- The artwork must be the original work of the participant.
- Reference images may be used, but all components must be completely original.
- Designs are open to pencil sketching or any paints.
- Artwork detailing is essential.
- Limit one entry per contestant.
- Ensure file name format must be awbptrust_paw2021_<category>_<full name>
- Participant artwork will become the property of AWBP Trust. Each participant automatically grants AWBP Trust the right to reproduce, publish, transmit or otherwise communicate to the public their entry, in whole or in part, or using any media for any purpose without permission or payment.
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, posted on a website or made public on social media, broadcast or featured among the winners in another competition before or after 7th Oct’21.
Eligible Essay :
- The essay should be a minimum of 800 words but not exceeding 2,500 words and must be typed for submission purposes.
- The essay format must contain – Title > Essay > Conclusion
- The essay should be original and must not have been submitted to any other essay competition(s) or otherwise published. All entries are checked for plagiarism. Participants will not be allowed to make any revisions to the essay, once it has been submitted.
- The participant will be required to declare any assistance received during the writing of the essay. Sources/ references used in writing the essay should be duly acknowledged in the essay.
- Language can be r English, Telugu or Hindi (can submit for only one language and not in all languages).
- Ensure file name format must be awbptrust_paw2021_<category>_<full name>.
- Participant essay writing will become the property of AWBP Trust. Each participant automatically grants AWBP Trust the right to reproduce, publish, transmit or otherwise communicate to the public their entry, in whole or in part, or using any media for any purpose without permission or payment.
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, posted on a website or made public on social media, broadcast or featured among the winners in another competition before or after 7th Oct’21.
Eligible Poetry :
- All entries will be judged anonymously and the poet’s name must not appear on the poem itself.
- All poems must have a title and must contain a minimum of 20 lines but not exceed 50 lines in length (excluding title).
- Poems must be the participant’s original work.
- Language can be English, Telugu or Hindi (can submit for only one language but not in all languages).
- Ensure file name format must be awbptrust_paw2021_<category>_<full name>
- Participant poetry will become the property of AWBP Trust. Each participant automatically grants AWBP Trust the right to reproduce, publish, transmit or otherwise communicate to the public their entry, in whole or in part, or using any media for any purpose without permission or payment.
- Entries must not have been published, self-published, posted on a website or made public on social media, broadcast or featured among the winners in another competition before or after 7th Oct’21.
Submission Last Date :
Submit your entries by 25th Sep’21 before 11 PM IST.

Participants must submit different forms for the category they participate in. And also ensure file name format must be awbptrust_paw2021_<category>_<full name>.
ARTWORK – Submit the scanned copy of the artwork in .JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format (Click here to submit).

Prizes to be given out :
A prize will be awarded for First Place, Second place under each category Artwork/ Essay Writing/ Poetry.
First Prize: 5000 INR Worth Gift / Second Prize:3000 INR Worth Gift
- The winners will be announced on 7th Oct’21 on our official website and socials.
- The prizes will be communicated within 1 week time from the day winners are announced in an email.
- The prizes can’t be exchanged or transferred.
- The prizes can’t be delivered outside India.
- The gift will be in the form of a shopping voucher.
All the participants will get the participant certificate from our organization on or before 31st Nov’21.
How will awards be determined?
Note*: Age is just a number when it comes to creative work. Keep up your spirit and participate. Our Panelist will look at the work delivered based on the parameters we have mentioned, but not on an age basis.
- Entries should follow the rules as mentioned in each category.
- The panel will focus on the following parameters: creativity, concept picked, the message conveyed and detailing in the Artwork/ Essay Writing/ Poetry during the selection process.
- The decision of the panel is final.
