During the activity, we engaged with various individuals and vendors. Rejected and accepted scenarios can be seen below.
Rejected to place water bowls:
1. We approached a nursery owner and proposed placing a water bowl provided by us, requesting them to fill it with safe water daily alongside watering plants. However, they declined, citing busy schedules and lack of interest in maintaining bowls for animals.
2. A small mechanical repair vendor and a clay pot seller expressed willingness to provide water bowls for animals but faced challenges due to insufficient water supply. They often rely on neighboring sources for water.
Accepted to place water bowls:
We received positive responses from vendors such as food delivery shops, hardware stores, footwear shops, and grocery stores, as well as residents of independent apartments who agreed to place water bowls outside their communities.
Our key takeaway from this experience is that many individuals are interested in contributing to animal welfare but seek a platform for motivation and guidance to engage in service activities for animals.
