The Organic Gala is a sustainable organic flea event organized by a team of professionals to raise funds for an NGO working for Women’s Empowerment – on 11th Jun’23, N-Convention, Hyderabad. AWBP Trust received an opportunity to place a stall in this event to create awareness of animal welfare and distribute animal water bowls for free.
Our team members for the event were Hardhik Nedhoori, Ansh Beniwal, Rakesh, Madhava Dandanayakula, and Lakshman Molleti.
Our team members were proactive throughout the event. We interacted with and sensitized close to 250 members of different age groups and distributed 48 water bowls to interested animal lovers to support needy homeless animals at their places with safe water. We also gave 20 storybook copies to the people interested in reading our book “The Journey Of Bunty & Chinku”.
Event Highlights:
- A school principal invited our organization to visit and talk about animal welfare in their school.
- We donated our educational storybook copies to two school libraries.
- Few visitors clarified their queries on animal welfare.
- Few visitors offered us to use their facilities to enhance our educational content.
- One visitor asked us to send a proposal to engage their corporate employees in animal welfare.
