The event ‘FLEAGRAM’ organisers were compassionate and generous enough to provide a stall for the Animals Water-Bowl Project(AWBP) Trust to conduct awareness sessions on the animal welfare and rights through an educational screening of the film on animals, water-bowls distribution and voucher give-away by the AWBP Trust for sharing the selected ideas by the visitors for improving the lives of the animals in the community. The event was organized on 9th April’22, a full-day event at N Convention, Hyderabad by the ‘FLEAGRAM’ team.
Participation In The Event
AWBP Trust members Lakshman, Harish and a group of volunteers Pradeep, Praneetha, Chandana, Alekhya, Madhava and Oishi participated in the event. The stall was set up beautifully, along with hoardings and banners to create awareness among the visitors. As part of this event, the AWBP Trust educated visitors about the importance of providing clean drinking water to stray animals round the clock and the importance of connecting humans with animals.
Education & Water Bowl Distribution
As part of the vision of AWBP Trust to support stray animals with safe drinking water round the clock in the community, the trust volunteers conducted activities like interacting and educating the visitors about animal welfare and rights, conducting idea-sharing activities for the visitors to share their ideas for improving the animals lives as well as the distribution of water bowls.
The trust had distributed 47 water bowls to quench the thirst of street animals to the members who cared about the welfare of the animals. To create awareness, the Trust members have closely interacted with close to ~200 members about the importance of clean drinking water and educating the members about animal welfare and rights.
The team displayed its passion and commitment to the cause of animal welfare and rights by explaining our project vision and ensuring that the team members were engaged in interacting with the visitors who showed interest in our work and had visited our stall. Compassionate animal lovers and curious visitors voluntarily came forward to collect our free water bowls after sharing their basic details
A few visitors were impressed by the work carried out by us, asked us to participate in the future events conducted by them, and shared their details.
This event was made possible by a collective team effort of the event organisers who gave their hearts to making this event a grand success.

Contribution Of Community Towards Animal Welfare
We need to conduct more social events that promote art, culture, business and community welfare that engage numerous visitors across India and the world through such community-based events. This event has positively contributed to the upliftment of animal welfare and rights in the community as numerous visitors, who came to visit the stalls, became aware of the animal welfare activities of our trust. AWBP Trust and its volunteers will continue the activities to contribute toward animal welfare and rights.
