We received a guest lecture invite from (creativity, activity, and services) CAS team of Oakridge International School, Bachupally, to conduct a Session on animal welfare responsibility for their 11th-grade and 12th-grade students. On 28th Mar’23, we took the “Human Responsibility – Uplift Animal Welfare” awareness session to the students. Students actively interacted with us and clarified the questions on different points we discussed during the session. We have shown a few films and encouraged students to follow ahimsa and cruelty-free lifestyles. After the session, we issued our first storybook, “The Journey Of Bunty & Chinku“, to class representatives of 11th and 12th grades and a few copies to the teachers and school library.
Thanks to Mrs Vijayalakshmi, who initiated the idea of conducting an awareness session in their school later, Mr Sridhar and CAS head Mrs Fiona approved it.
